A series of circumstances over the years have guided me into explorations of the paranormal realm. It is a realm that by far is much more encompassing than I could have ever realized. Even in this age of science and technology, the surface of this realm has barely been scratched. It is one of the last remaining areas of study today that remains wide open for exploration at ground level. It appears that only a very small fraction of it has ever been discovered with new types of experiences being reported constantly.

Like most people, I went through life lightly dismissing it as something obscure and over the horizon--perhaps for some "expert" somewhere to pursue if he or she ever wanted to--but certainly not something that would ever knock on my door. Yet, it did indeed knock on my door. As a result, I now realize that there is a world (or worlds) within our very world that we obviously need to be concerned about for many reasons. And I think it is knocking on all our doors--wanting to be recognized. Wanting us to know that it exists. Evidence already exists that indicates some aspects of this hidden world can be very helpful to our very existence while some aspects of it could be threatening. I think it is wise to pursue this and find out just what it is all about. Perhaps this way, we can find out what life is all about, too.

In this day and age, everything in our world seems in a way to be accelerating in pace, spiraling ever upward possibly toward some "conclusion". Perhaps certain enitities within the paranormal realm see our out-of-control global overpopulation and our inability to stop having wars and sense that we in this realm are running out of time and need to know about certain hidden aspects of our great cosmos before it is too late.

It is indeed easy to overlook, but we human beings in our little finite worlds are actually tiny parasites on a very small grain of sand floating in a hopelessly impossible to measure and impossible to comprehend vastness we casually call the universe. But, perhaps only things outside our human reality are the actual true reality that we all should eventually know about for our own well-being, perhaps for our very survival as a race. For some people the paranormal realm is only a fantasy, for others a novelty, for a few an incredible mystery that just can't be casually overlooked. I think we should crack the door open a little wider and see what we can find. Perhaps when we have seen enough, only then will we know why it was wise to start looking in the first place.

I cannot keep up with the number of people I run across in my travels who have had genuine paranormal experiences--from bumping into something that is invisible (yet solid enough to cause them to spill their coffee in hand)--to seeing a shadow go moving across the middle of a room--to having a conversation with someone who is later found to have died several days earlier--to someone who cannot account for where they have been the previous few hours--to someone who is in one place at one moment and suddenly finding themselves in another place in the next moment--to waking up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason finding that arms and legs are paralyzed and that something or someone might be in the bedroom causing it--to being floated off a bed and out through a window to some place that memory fails to recall.....

There is something wrong with our western thinking for our society to be so conditioned to dismiss a world within our world that has been known about throughout history that could very well be much larger and greater than the world we live in. I couldn't fully realize this until I personally discovered and confirmed over the past few years that this realm really does exist. Paranormal things are actually happening to normal, everyday people in too great a number for it all to be some simple illusion or hysteria. These people are not wackos. Even I am one of these people. I have a strong need to know the why of things. The reality that this hidden realm of the paranormal really does exist is something that I think is unwise to overlook. It's there, and many beings are very busy operating in it with an interest in human beings. I feel that someone had better find out what is going on--in case we need to know. It could ultimately mean not only enlightenment but survival, as well. Perhaps enlightment and survival go hand-in-hand........

Next time you encounter someone who says that they just can't believe in the "paranormal", ask them, "Then what are you?"
